Jeff Martin
Founder & Managing Principal
Prior to founding BlueView Real Estate, Jeff spent over three years as the Co-founder and Managing Director of Transitional Investments Group LLC, which specialized in providing short-term bridge loans secured by single-family and multifamily real estate properties throughout the West Coast, as well as equity participation loans to early stage companies.
Jeff also previously worked as a Finance Manager for Hulu, LLC, a U.S. based online streaming video service. Jeff supported the launch of Hulu’s subscription service, Hulu Plus, which acquired 2 million subscribers and generated approximately $200 million in revenue in the first 18 months.
Prior to Hulu, Jeff worked for Wells Fargo & Company for four years, first as a Financial Analyst in their Global Banking group where he was responsible for providing financing solutions to middle-market U.S. and foreign owned companies. Jeff was later promoted to Assistant Vice President in Wells Fargo’s Real Estate Managed Assets Group where he managed a $200 million portfolio of distressed commercial real estate loans.
Jeff earned a B.S. in Management from Indiana University in 2005 and an M.B.A. from the UCLA Anderson School of Management in 2016.
